My name is Olisa, and Thank you so much for your interest in booking your beauty experience with me. Please read the following guidelines before booking your appointment.

- First time clients---Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of appointment time, you will need to complete the client intake form.

-If you have an emergency please call or text me at 8504853637. During business hours I am usually with a client, so if you have any questions please text me, and I will get back with you as soon as possible. I want to be respectful to every client by giving my undivided attention as much as possible during the appointment.

-No kids or any additional guest or pets

-Please inform me of any allergies or illness

-You will be required to sign a full disclosure and indemnity document prior to your procedure.

**ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NOT TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER DATES OR OTHER PARTIES. I give a 15 minute grace period to all clients. This gives me the opportunity to ensure that I render my clients with the best service.
